Locating Products
You can search the products on this site in two different ways:

If you know the product you are looking for then you can use the product search located at the top of the page. Simply type in the name of the product or a relevant word and click on the go button to conduct the search, any relevant products will be displayed on the page below.

Alternatively, you can search for products by category. Using the 'Products in category' drop down menu you can choose from the available catagories. Click on a category to display the products available within it.

Once you have found a product you would like to know more about, click on the product title. A new window will display full details for the product.

If you can't find what you are looking for, please let us know as we are constantly looking for new products. The easiest way to contact us is by email, through the 'Contact Us' section.

Making a Purchase
If you wish to purchase the product, click the 'buy' button to place the item in your shopping basket (it can always be removed later). To review the contents of the basket click on either the 'review basket' or 'basket & checkout' links. Next, select the country you want the order delivered to from the drop down menu. A total price will be displayed, including any tax and postage charges.

To confirm your purchase select the 'proceed to checkout' link and input your personal details. Click on the 'proceed to pay' link to enter the secure server. Check that the delivery address and order details are correct and input your credit card details.

Payment for goods is made via WorldPay, our secure server that accepts credit and debit cards.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment sent in the form of cash.

If you prefer to pay by cheque, please place your order in writing and send a cheque (plus delivery charge - see below) made out to Tran-Quality Ltd to:

Please note that cheques must be in pounds sterling and drawn on a UK bank. Please write your cheque guarantee card number and expiry date on the back of the cheque. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the cheque has cleared.

Tran-Quality Ltd is registered in the UK and is not currently registered for Value Added Tax (VAT).

Delivery & Shipping Costs
We endeavour to deliver all available items within 7 working days, although less is usually achieved. If for some reason this is not possible, then you will be notified by email within 3 working days of receiving your order.

If you require an order to be delivered quickly, please phone or email us to check availability and we will do our very best to help.

We are now shipping within the UK, Europe and many countries throughout the World.  The delivery charges are based on the weight of the products ordered and the cost will be displayed in the shopping basket during the ordering process.

Please note - some international countries may charge an import duty or tax.  This is beyond our control as it is determined by each individual country.

If your country is not listed in the drop-down box when ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a shipping quote for an off-line order.

Exchange or Return
If you are unhappy with any part of your order, then please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt of the order. We will then be able to advise you what to do. We are happy to replace any damaged or defective item and we will pay the return postage on these items, once a returns code has been issued to you. However, if you change your mind about a purchase for any reason, then you must pay the return postage on that item and return it in an unused condition to obtain a refund.

All returned items must be securely wrapped and include a copy of the original invoice. Please send it to our address on the invoice. We cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returned goods, so please obtain a 'certificate of posting' (which is free) at your post office.

Your credit/debit card will be refunded within 30 days of the item being received by us. If you have paid by cheque, your refund will be made via cheque.

Complaints
We do our very best to provide a first-class service, but if you are unfortunate enough to have a complaint, then please email us through the 'Contact Us' link at the top of the page.  We will do everything we can to put the complaint right, but if we don't know about it, we can't help!

Data
From time to time, we may send you emails with details of special offers or new products. You can opt out of receiving these by clicking on the link in the newsletter.

We do not exchange, sell or otherwise give away your email address to other companies.  Your email address and other information are used solely by us for purposes of contacting you regarding your orders and to update you with our newsletter.

We may have to disclose your information to service providers to complete your order, such as couriers for delivery, and our suppliers who may send your order directly to you.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions, availability checks or to place an order. All of our products are displayed in our on-line shop and we do not produce a printed catalogue.

You can contact us by phone, email or post. Emailing is by far the best option, as we do monitor emails frequently and reply personally to them. If you do phone, and an answer machine is in operation during busy times, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
